Thanks to the combined efforts of Vance Velez, Jeremy Hammond, and Toonski (in that order; basically Vance tried to make a form first and gave up, Jeremy did the middlework, then Toonski was the clutch player in the end), the 2002 QB Gaming Gold Award Ballot is finally complete! For this year's Gaming Golds, the voting will take place in a special form made from inside V Planet, free from the hassle of unreliable site hosts (*cough* Geocities *cough*). Another major change between last year's awards and this year's awards is that voting is limited to one vote per person, instead of voters being able to vote once a day in years past.
